I'm not in Maine, but I certainly enjoyed knitting these mitts! The pattern was simple and fun to knit and it's great for showing off variegated yarn. This yarn was spun by Rachel at Have You Any Wool and it was a delight to knit up. It's getting cooler here and these were finished just in time to keep my hands warm. :)

oh these are really pretty! i've been loving wearing mine (made of Noro Kureyon) and i could see have a more subdued colored pair...hmmmm...perhaps i'll have to make more!
