I'm in the same boat - I have two separate fingerless mitts (separate patterns - it's a long story of being inspired and trying to design by oneself! while half way thru' what should have been completing another pair) and will be unable to complete the matching "twin" to the pairs by Friday.
Maybe I could start a new trend with two different mitts of two different patterns of two different types of yarn. Yes, I am clutching at straws.
I will however try to post pictures of the "uni-mitts" on Friday when I have access to a camera (and that's another story!).
