Error in Kyla mitts pattern?

Is anyone else making the Kyla mitts? I've been trying to work out the math on the Bobble Row and I have to agree with user Picperfic that one can't CO 57 sts, work the bobble row as written and end up with 46 sts. If there is suppose to be 10 bobbles then Picperfic's numbers of CO 65 sts, work the bobble row and end up with 45 sts seems to work out.

I have since worked it out again and I sent this amendment to Monika:-

Cast on 68 sts using two needles

Make bobble row: (RS): K2, P1, K1 *MB, K1, P1, K1 repeat from * to last 4 sts MB K1 (11 bobbles) 46 sts ~ join for knitting in the round

this is assuming that you do the bobble over 3 stitches and not all into one stitch. A bit confusing but I think this way it will work out. Monika might do it differently though.... ;^)

the next two rounds are as follows:-

Round 1: Knit

Round 2: K4 * inc 1 in next st K3. Repeat from * to last st K1 (56sts)

I will check this works when I knit the other mitten ~ Marianne

Thank you for the clarification. The way I'm reading the Make Bobble instruction it uses 3 sts from the CO row and after making the bobble there is one stitch left. I'm not following how the instructions can be interpreted as only using two stitches. So now I know that I can at least use your numbers with a 3-stitch bobble.

I did comment on Monika's blog and requested that when she updates her pattern that she clarify the Make Bobble instructions...
